Why was Resvu started?
As a successful and passionate community manager with an extensive portfolio, Resvu founder Tom Welsby understood the multifaceted tasks associated with meeting the needs of so many homeowners in both high rise and horizontal communities. Quickly recognizing the challenges of managing a large portfolio, the effects on personal wellbeing and stigma around community managers, Tom saw an opportunity to provide a world first platform built with a manager centric and homeowner experience mindset, all for the purpose of giving community managers the tools to provide a better, more efficient service and putting time back in their day for the most important things like family and friends.
