How is pricing calculated?

Example: A Strata company managing 7000 lots chooses to go for Scale package: Tiered pricing will be calculated as:

‘Scale’ Package + 7000 lots = (up to 2500 lots = $1,375) + (2500 lots x 0.55) + (2000 lots x 0.50) = $3,750 per month + GST
